Spurway Drive Closure and Horatio Drive/Rosetta Crescent Access

Dear Members,
The Club has just received an update on the back gate (Horatio Drive/Rosetta Crescent) works and the planned upgrades to Spurway Drive.
The Horatio Drive/Rosetta Crescent driveway works are almost complete, with the exception of the programming of the gate access and some minor landscaping works, both to be completed next week.
Roadworks on Spurway Drive are ready to commence Monday, 4 March 2024, at which time vehicular access to CHCC will be via Horatio Drive/Rosetta Crescent. This will be for approximately 8 weeks.
When the Stage 1 works are complete, lower Spurway Dr and the corner leading to the main CHCC Spurway Dr entrance will be connected and that portion of road re-opened.
Detour signage will be erected at Windsor Rd Monday morning directing vehicles to the back gate, Horatio Drive/Rosetta Crescent driveway.
Sekisui and the Club apologises for any inconvenience caused by these planned and necessary works.
