Reminder that the 74th Annual General Meeting of Members of Castle Hill Country Club, will be held on Monday 25 November, 2024, commencing at 7:00pm at the Club’s premises, 7 Spurway Drive, Norwest.

Light finger food will be available on the night. The bar tab will be open from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM and will reopen for 30 minutes after the meeting concludes. Please note that bar service will be closed during the meeting.

In accordance with the Club’s Constitution, financial members in the following playing categories are entitled to attend and vote at the meeting:

Life; 7-Day*; 7-Day Intermediate; 6-Day*; 6-Day Intermediate; 5-Day W Playing; 5-Day W Intermediate; 5-Day S; 5-Day S Intermediate; House; and Special.

* Includes Senior Discounted members

Please be reminded that in order to vote and attend the meeting, all members must present their Membership Card upon arrival and sign in at Reception.
