2025 CHCC Men’s Matchplay Qualifying – Round 1 Results & Round 2 Details

The first round of the 2025 CHCC Men’s Matchplay Qualifying Event was held on Saturday, March 22nd, with an excellent turnout across all four grades.

The second and final qualifying round will take place on Saturday, April 12th, where the Top 16 players in each grade will be determined.
All players who participated in Round 1 are guaranteed a tee time for Round 2. Members will be notified once the draw for the final qualifying round has been finalized and posted.
Below are the Conditions of Play for the 2025 Men’s Matchplay Championships.
We kindly ask you to review the document carefully, paying particular attention to the qualifying process in case of a tie. The relevant section states:
‘ Should a tie exist after 36 holes of qualifying for the 16th spot in any grade, a count-back system will be applied to determine the final Top 16 qualifiers for each grade. The count back will be the last 18 holes, if there are still ties then the last 9 holes, last 6 holes last 3 holes. ‘
