Junior Update

Our Juniors have had some fantastic performances this past week, and there are still more events before they head back to school. Below is a quick update.
JNJG Sydney Week of Golf
Last week, 12 Castle Hill Juniors played in the JNJG Sydney Week of Golf. Owen Brightman achieved a second place finish the end of the four rounds with 1 over including a 5-under par in Rd 2. In the girls, Ellie Makayev won the girls 14/15 Nett event will -11. Congratulations to everyone who played.
NSW Amateur Championships
This week, we have seven members teeing off as part of the NSW Amateur Championships including several of our Juniors.
Good luck to Andrew Kneeves, Farmaan Dhillon, Jordyn Deen, Nick Heanes, Owen Brightman, Ryan Fletcher and Stuart Nelson.
The event will be held at Stonecutters Ridge and Lynwood Golf Clubs from Monday 20 – Friday 25 January. Event information and live scoring can be found at:
2025 NSW Amateur Championship Event: Event Information
US Kids Tour Championships returns to CHCC
On Tuesday 21st of January, the Club will play host to the Tour Championship of the US Kids Golf Foundation Sydney Tour.
US Kids events are for ages 6-18, with a shortened course format played and caddies permitted. Six to ten-year-old’s play a 9 hole competition, with 11-18 year old’s participating in a shortened 18-hole round.
Castle Hill Juniors Devin Ding, Beau Franklin, Parker Nicholson, Matthew Hope, Harrison Howe, Connor Smith, Jake Franklin, Abby Fan, Indy MacGregor and Rebecca Bal will be playing on the day.
