Castle Hill Women’s Grade Team Dominates at Mona Vale

Posted on: 8 March

Our Women’s Grade team took on the challenge of Mona Vale Golf Course on Friday, March 7th, battling humid conditions, strong 30 km/h easterly winds, and the tricky combination of tight fairways and elevated greens. Despite the challenging course and unpredictable club selections, our team delivered a stellar performance, securing a dominant 4.5 to 0.5 victory against Woolooware.

Every player contributed to this incredible win. Jordyn Deen led the charge with an impressive 4&3 victory, while Ellie Makayev showed resilience, ensuring Castle Hill remained undefeated by halving her match. Farmaan Dhillon continued her strong form with a 3&1 win, and seasoned competitor Sina Kim Rah made a statement with a commanding 5&4 triumph. Meanwhile, Lyndal Cash showcased her skill and determination, claiming her match 4&3.

With three wins already under their belt and two matches left to play in the Golf NSW Grade Pennants competition, the team is in a strong position to bring home the Division 4 Pennant for Castle Hill. Congratulations to our talented squad—your dedication and teamwork are truly inspiring!
