Individual tuition is available seven days, including video analysis and programs provided to improve practice.

Steve Gannon

Steve is our Head PGA Professional with over 20 years of experience playing and coaching worldwide.

Steve believes in a holistic approach to teaching Golf.

He is passionate about the Mental Game and loves combining sound swing technique principles with Mindfulness and High-Performance thinking.

Steve is a proud Titleist and Footjoy Staff Professional and one-half of the Dynamic Youtube Duo, Aussie Golf Pros

Paige Stubbs

Paige has a holistic approach to her coaching as she focuses on technical aspects of the entire game but puts an emphasis on mental and physical processes and routines.

Paige finds it extremely beneficial to take her clients out onto the golf course to tactical their mindset, course management & pre / post-shot routines.

Paige is a positive, encouraging and supportive coach.

Paige coaches all age groups from juniors to adults and golfers of all levels & abilities.

Paige’s background has given her an expansive amount of knowledge of the golf game through her years playing on the Ladies European Tour, China Ladies Professional Tour & WPGA of Australia.

Paige has a double degree from the University of Canberra in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Sports Coaching and Exercise Science.

David Ecob

David is a golf enthusiast with an infectious passion for the game!

He thrives on helping his students unlock their full potential through personalized coaching.

By understanding each player’s unique strengths, weaknesses, and motivations, David crafts tailored lessons that truly resonate.

With over 20 years of experience as a PGA Member, David has coached golfers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros.

His impressive playing career includes accolades like the Victorian, West Australian, and Queensland PGA Champion titles, along with being a former winner of the Foundation Tour Order of Merit and the Australian Amateur Championship.

These days, you can catch him competing on the Legends Tour!

David’s expertise extends beyond playing—he has served as an NSW Sports Recreation Community Golf Coach and was nominated as the NSW/ACT PGA Teaching Professional of the Year in 2014.

His journey as a golf professional has allowed him to mentor golfers of all ages, including juniors, ladies, and professionals. By fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, David helps his students refine their technical skills while boosting their mental game and overall enjoyment of golf. Craig Cox

Since teeing off his coaching career in 2015, Craig has transformed his passion for golf into a dynamic coaching journey.

After a stint in automotive finance, where he honed his skills in sales-based training, Craig realized his true calling was on the golf course, helping players unleash their potential.

Craig’s philosophy is simple: there are countless ways to swing a golf club, and he’s dedicated to discovering the most efficient swing for each individual. After all, no two golfers are alike—so why should their swings be?

In his coaching sessions, Craig emphasizes open dialogue, steering clear of confusing golf jargon that can muddle understanding on the course. His goal is to ensure that every golfer, whether they’re just starting out or striving for elite performance, feels empowered and clear about their progress.

With a knack for working with all skill levels—from beginners to those looking to shave strokes off their handicap—Craig finds great satisfaction in setting achievable goals and helping players reach them. After all, the true joy of golf lies in the challenge of becoming the best version of yourself.

Alex Edge

Alex has always had a singular passion for golf, he completed his traineeship at Castle Hill Country Club in 2013 and has been proud to represent the club since.

He has been appointed as a PING, ECCO and spARMS ambassador.

Focusing on his playing career before COVID-Alex has experienced the highs of tournament golf by capturing the NSW PGA Order of Merit and the Samoa Open overseas.

Also a winner of several prestigious Pro-ams well as multiple top 10s on the PGA Tour of Australasia.

Alex is super passionate about teaching golfers of all levels, especially helping junior and lady golfers, as well as coaching club golfers and total beginners, just getting stuck into golf.

Alex plays regularly on the Australasian Tour, so allow Alex to pass on his knowledge of golf at the highest level when you book your next lesson.

Brad Doherty

Meet Brad, our enthusiastic Associate professional at Castle Hill Country Club!

With four years of experience on the PGA Australasian Tour Brad brings a wealth of knowledge about the game and a keen eye for improvement.

Not only has he claimed multiple titles on the pro-am circuit, but he’s also made a splash on the trainee circuit!

Brad’s coaching philosophy is about positivity and empowerment, making him the perfect mentor for golfers of all ages, from eager juniors to seasoned adults.

Proudly representing Titleist and FootJoy, Brad is ready to help you elevate your game and enjoy every swing.

Club Fitting & Repair Specialist

Paul Fletcher

Paul is an integral part of the CHCC Pro Shop staff with over 20 years of experience in his current role.

Paul is a scratch golfer and his experience and knowledge, together with his enthusiasm is what makes Paul such a valuable team member.

Paul is known around the industry as the ‘ Repair Guru ‘ and there is nothing he cannot fix! 

Paul is also our resident-qualified Club Fitter, using Flightscope technology to dial in your game.

Junior Golf Clinics

Besides offering Master junior clinic for young members at CHCC, Castle Hill Country Club offers MyGolf program for young golfers aged 7 – 14 years during school terms. Head of Coaching Paige Stubbs is invested in developing Junior Golf across all levels.

Combine special designed fun activities with skill training, Mygolf program is a great place to develop game skills and make new friends.

Ladies Golf Lessons

The ladies golf clinics range from beginner to intermediate levels and are held on Tuesday’s from 8am to 9am – $20 per lesson for Members. Bookings are essential and can be made through the Pro Shop. All areas of the game are covered in the clinic from putting, to short game, long game and mental understanding.
